Your use of these services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use and creates a binding agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website. Please check these Terms and Conditions of Use frequently, as we may from time to time make changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use. The most up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions of Use will be available for your review on the website. Amendments will become effective at the time they are posted on this web site. Your continued use of the website after amendments are posted will constitute your acceptance of such amendments. We may at any time modify or discontinue any aspect or component of the website. You must be 18 years or older to use CorpColor.com.

If using an open credit account, you agree to (I) provide accurate and complete financial information when opening an open credit account; (ii) to update your information as requested from time to time; and (iii) not to impersonate any other person, operate under an alias, or otherwise conceal your identity. You warrant and represent that you are authorized to enter into a legally binding contract on behalf of the company. You also agree not to use the site for competitive reasons. The right to use the services and functions of an open credit account on the website is limited to you as the authorized person and those qualified persons to whom you authorize within the company to use this site. You are responsible for safeguarding your open credit account information and agree to hold CorpColor.com, its parent, subsidiaries, and agents harmless from any claims resulting from improper use of your open credit account. Please contact us immediately if you believe the security of your open credit account has been compromised.

1. Credit/Payment Terms

Orders are paid at the time of submission either by an approved open credit account or credit card, which is authorized at the time you place the order and charged when the order is shipped, and/or a deposit is charged when an order is placed, with the remaining due prior to shipment, depending on the scope of the job. All invoices on open accounts are due within 30 days of issuance to avoid delinquent charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

2. Deadlines

Our goal is to deliver on time, on a budget, no excuses. Specification changes by the client after a job is submitted for production may extend delivery times. Customer supplied substrates must be pre-approved through testing, which is in addition to specified delivery times. All delivery times are FOB Grand Rapids, Michigan unless otherwise specified.

3. Sales Tax

All sales within Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a tax-exempt number before ordering to avoid sales tax charges.

4. Hours of Operation

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. After hours contact with senior account representatives is available for time sensitive projects and installation management (See also Emergency Service below).

5. Limits of Liability

CorpColor.com will take every precaution to ensure proper handling electronic files or other media submitted to us. Submitting any media to CorpColor.com for printing or other services constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by CorpColor.com, its parent, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, parent, or agents will only entitle you to a replacement of blank media. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by CorpColor.com, its parent, subsidiary and agents of the digital file or other media is without other warranty of liability and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. CorpColor.com is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in shipment caused by commercial or U.S. mail parcel carriers. If customer supplied substrates are utilized, the customer assumes full responsibility for substrate replacement in the event of damage, misprint, fingerprints, shipping damage, or out of spec materials.

6. Shipping Damage

Upon receipt and inspection of your order, contact your customer service representatives if damage is found. If your delivery is obviously damaged from the exterior, refuse shipment. If the damage is not evident until the order is opened, retain all packing materials and the original container for carrier inspection.

7. Copyright

CorpColor.com complies with all copyright laws. We vigorously work to protect the ownership rights of the copyright holder and will not knowingly copy, scan, or reproduce images that are copyrighted without the written consent of the copyright holder.

8. Website Content

All content on the website is the copyrighted property of CorpColor.com and its parent, CorporateColor Services, Inc. Content contained in the web site may not be reproduced, modified, edited, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, sold, or transmitted (in whole or in part) in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the express prior written permission of CorpColor.com and CorporateColor Services, Inc.

9. Emergency Service

When your crew is installing décor, anything can happen during installation. What you need is a supplier ready and willing to alter their production schedule to get your installation crews back to work. Our production scheduling accounts for these possibilities to make sure you have access to our resources when those mistakes happen during installation. We coordinate art recall, preflight, emergency production scheduling and shipping – in many cases the same day.
